Approach

Working with a wide variety of clients has taught me many things, the most important being, a one-size-fits-all approach to therapy simply does not work. In other words, there is no single approach of therapy capable of helping everyone. Each individual (or couple or family) comes to therapy with unique needs, goals and challenges they are trying to overcome. My approach is always built with this in mind and therapy is catered to you the client, your reason for seeking therapy and your desired outcomes.
